1. No horse shall leave the property until full payment has been made.

2.Horse will not be taken off sales list unless deposit is paid and sale can be cancelled at any time .

3. Once horse is paid for it is in your interest to transport horse to your property as soon as is possible or buy some insurance for said horse .

4. In the case of Veterinary care being needed new owner shall be responsible for all costs.No money shall be refunded in the case of horse dying whilst still on my property .

5.If horses are left more than 2 weeks agistment costs will be charged .

6. All monies paid as deposit ,part or full payment for a horse shall be non-refundable if the buyer changes their mind.

7. Be aware that to receive horse registration papers you must be a member of MHAA or IMHR .
